Tongzhou Moonriver Football Park: Autumn 2016

For Autumn 2016, weekend courses run on Sunday mornings at Tongzhou Moonriver Football Park, on the artificial 5-a-side pitches. Courses give students of all abilities the perfect opportunity to enjoy their football and develop their skills and understanding of the game, whether they are continuing from Spring 2016, or are new to the game.  Boys and girls are welcome and students follow the ClubFootball Coaching & Development Programme

The ClubFootball Coaching & Development Programme is overseen by ClubFootball Coaching Director Alex Arnold (ex-Liverpool FC).  All sessions are coached (in English with Chinese translation) by ClubFootball's qualified coaches from the UK.  Please click here for more on ClubFootball's 3-stage junior coaching structure, and please see schedules below.

Free Nike Ball Gift for All Weekend Players!

Courtesy of ClubFootball sponsors Nike, all players registering for weekend courses will receive a Size 3 or Size 4 Nike ball. The balls are similar to the balls used in ClubFootball training sessions and will hopefully lead to more football being played throughout the week, and not just at session time! Students can pick up their ball at the Nike ClubFootball Junior Cup in October. Nike Miniballs are also available for students who would prefer a Size 1 Skills Ball!

Course Information

Course dates and times are below. In addition to regular session time, all players are invited (and encouraged!) to take part in the Nike ClubFootball Junior Cup, the weekend 'Festival of Football' at ISB on 29/30th October 2016.

Course Notes

Important Update: All parents are asked to read the club's Discount & Refund Policies and Bad Weather & Pollution Policies before registering.  The Registrations Policy sets out rules for discounts and refunds, and also clarifies venue rules and tips on how to get the best from your course.  The Bad Weather & Pollution policies clarify procedures for cancellations due to rain and snow, and sets out API limits for each type of course, as well as the procedures to be followed should pollution readings require cancellation. 

In particular, please note that to ensure parents have quick access to weather information, cancellations due to weather will be posted on the club website (click the weather icon on the right) and on the club’s WGQXJuniors Weixin/WeChat account.  Due to the unreliable nature and frequent delays when sending large numbers of SMS’s, we will no longer be sending SMS’s to inform of weather cancellations for weekend courses (for midweek courses we will continue to contact parents in the event of a cancellation to ensure safe pick-up and supervision of children).
