ClubFootball's 3-stage Soccer Coaching & Development Programme offers boys and girls aged 4.5 to 14 of all levels the perfect platform to enjoy their football and develop their game! Everyone is welcome, from beginners to advanced players, and classes are held in an English-language environment, with Chinese translation provided where required.
ClubFootball Skills Courses (Level 1) give students the opportunity to acquire the fundamental skills through fun games, drill and small-sided matches - ready to progress to the next level!
The ClubFootball Skills League (Level 2) allows students to further develop their techniques and skills, and put these into practice in regular weekly league matches. Weekend sessions are split into 45 minutes of technical training and 45 minutes of league matchplay with midweek technical sessions also available.
ClubFootball Junior Teams (Level 3) train midweek and play competitive league matches every weekend in the Beijing International Junior Football League. All stages are aimed at developing the whole child as well as the junior footballer in a structured but friendly and fun environment. In addition to building a passion for football and developing on-the-pitch skills and knowledge, the principles of teamwork, sportsmanship and leadership are emphasized throughout.
The programme is open to students from all local and international schools, and runs after school and at weekends at venues across Beijing and Tianjin, including ISB, BSB Shunyi, BSB Sanlitun, BCIS, IAB, Yew Chung International School, MSB, Daystar, Canadian International School, Chaoyang Park, Olympic Forest Park, Zhongguancun, Haidian Park, and many more.
Girls-only classes are available at Chaoyang Park, and in addition to the regular termtime programme, intensive Holiday camps run in the New Year, May, Summer and October Holidays at various venues. Once each term, all groups come together to measure their skills against the best around in the inter-academy Nike ClubFootball Junior Cup tournament, and friendly matches are organised against other clubs and organisations.
All coaches are qualified by the English FA or equivalent. All have considerable experience of coaching juniors all over the world, and are dedicated to providing fun and educational sessions for young footballers in Beijing.
A limit of 16 students per group is imposed to ensure players receive individual attention, and as per ClubFootball policy, there is a ball per child during sessions.
